I ♥ Faces ~ Adults ~ Wonder

I have a feeling we’ll see quite a few newborn baby photos this week. There is nothing quite like seeing your child for the first time. This picture is of my beautiful baby girl, Jordyn. I was trying to get a good look at her, knowing that they would quickly take her away. What an incredible feeling to be blessed with a precious child!

To see more great photos, head on over to I ♥ Faces.

And oh my goodness again…I just looked a little through your blog and LOVE your pictures. You’re so very talented. What do you shoot with and what lens?

I used to be a teacher, too…I taught first grade for 6 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom…I was so happy to have found my “niche” before I became a mom. I miss teaching, but I wouldn’t trade this time with my boys for anything, either.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

  • Dot O - I love this photo! Unfortunately, nobody had a camera to capture that moment with my kids. With my first I was too sick (and puking – would not have been a pretty memory for a scrapbook) but with the second, I was feeling energetic and really with it – but we had no camera as we didn’t expect to be going into delivery directly from my regular checkup appointment….sigh.

Yes, that is a moment of wonder…..ReplyCancel

  • Heather - Amazing photo! The only one taking photos at my son’s birth was my mom, and she didn’t have the flash… meaning, they were ALL BLURRY! : (
